This set is hand poured in a home studio based in the USA.   All greenware cleaning is done by hand and is fired at Cone 04. Craftmanship is 100% guaranteed so if for some reason you are unsatified with the pieces, please contact me immediately and we will discuss replacement options.

Typical turnaround time, inlcuding packing and shipping is 4-6 weeks, however RUSH orders may be accomodated for an additional fee.

Since all items are poured, cleaned and fired at the time of purchase, no refunds will be given. However, if a piece arrives broken or damaged, you will be given a full replacement at no cost to you. 

When your order is ready to ship, you will be emailed an invoice for the shipping amount and it MUST be paid within 7 business days, unless previous arrangements have been made.

You can rest assured that your fragile and valueable order will be packed and shipped by a professional. This shop has been designated as an offically trained packaging and shipping partner. Our staff has worked directly with a UPS packaging trainer and ship orders via UPS according to their packaging and shipping guidelines.  

However, in the extremely unlikely event that your order does arrive broken, you can be assured that we have done everything in our ability to ship your order undamaged. We ask that you contact us immediately and follow our stringent return and holding policy for audit by UPS in order to receive a FULL refund on your shipping charges. Failure to follow these strict reimbursement guidelines provided by the freight company will forfeit any chances of a refund on shipping.
